Controller

Visiting the website

When you open the website, our server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. We use this data only to run the site securely and reliably and to fix errors, do not build profiles and delete it as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes.

The website is hosted on a server in Zurich (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Zurich region).

Contact by email or form

When you submit the contact form, your browser sends your details (name, company, email address, interest, message) in encrypted form to our server in Zurich. The server does not store them but forwards them to us by email. If sending is temporarily not possible, your email program opens instead with a prepared message. We process your details only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote.

Our emails are hosted by Hostpoint AG in Switzerland.

Fonts

The fonts (Schibsted Grotesk, IBM Plex Mono) are hosted on our own server. Loading the website does not connect to Google or any other font provider.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. If you choose the light or dark theme, this choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage).

Disclosure

We do not sell data. Only the service providers listed above receive personal data, to the extent necessary for operating the website and email.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted by writing to info@licamedien.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We update this policy when our website or our processes change. The version published here applies.
